Products are shipped via USPS Priority mail or USPS 1st class mail. Items are shipped within 7 - 10 business days of purchase and may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Returns and exchanges can be made by contacting contactthetespa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order please contact contactthetespa@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Returns and exchanges accepted for all products except the following:

Toners

Scented Roll-ons 

Foot Soak 

Bath Té

*Loose Té must be in the original packaging, undamaged with the seal intact, and returned within 14 days of product delivery.

 

NOT FOR RESALE 

Upon purchase, the customer agrees that items will not be resold. Customer shall not resell TheTeSpa's products

in whole or in part. Content from this site will not be used without a contractual agreement. 

Any sales outside of this site require verbal and contractual agreement.

Wholesale and consignment require verbal and contractual agreements.

TheTeSpa is not responsible for any augmentation, or health changes to products due to reselling.

TheTeSpa accepts all forms of payment except for COD.
